John Lee
Director of Operations
John is the backbone of the day-to-day. He supports operations, keeps the systems running smoothly, and helps turn strategy into action. His focus on structure and follow-through allows the creative team to shine while making sure nothing slips through the cracks. With a clear eye for logistics, John helps ensure the business runs with integrity and flow.
